Police and sources informed The Post that a woman who could not be identified was discovered deceased in a Brooklyn building on Saturday, “lying in a pool of blood.”
According to the NYPD, the victim was discovered at 113 Thatford Ave. in Brownsville at approximately 11:30 a.m., and she was pronounced deceased by the emergency medical services.
According to law enforcement sources, the police found the woman “lying in a pool of blood,” and the investigators discovered three cartridge casings. “The investigation is currently underway,” stated a spokesperson for the department.
Neighbors were taken aback and uncertain about the events that had occurred.
