Walmart Shooting Suspect Indicted

The man accused of committing a mass shooting at an El Paso Walmart was indicted on federal charges yesterday. The FBI says 90-count indictment against 22-year-old suspect includes murder and attempted murder as a hate crime, and use of a firearm to commit a crime of violence. Officials say the suspect intended to “frighten and intimidate” Hispanics with the attack last August. The indictment calls for the suspect to receive either the death penalty or life in prison upon conviction.
