The annual water restrictions for Las Cruces residents begin today. The restrictions help the city manage its water supply during the months of peak demand. The restrictions ban the watering of outside vegetation between 10 a-m and 6 p-m. Residents with even-numbered addresses are allowed to water outside vegetation Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, while residents with odd-numbered addresses may water Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. There’s no watering allowed on Mondays.
