Restaurant Worker Arrested In Gun Incident At Drive-Thru

A restaurant worker faces charges after allegedly pointing a gun at drive-thru customers.  Albuquerque Police say on Friday, Eagle Boy Martinez Schildt was working the drive-thru window at the Taco Cabana on San Mateo Boulevard near I-25 when some customers recorded video of him pointing a gun at them.  The video was posted on Snapchat which investigators used to look into the incident.  The investigation revealed Martinez Schildt had four open arrest warrants for domestic violence and assaulting an officer.  He is now in police custody.  No one was hurt at the drive thru.
