New Mexico Officials Urge Residents to Stay Home

Officials in New Mexico are asking residents to stay home as COVID-19 cases surge in the state. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham said the state has added ten-thousand new cases of the virus in a week, after the previous ten-thousand cases took more than three months. State health officials say the highest-infected age group is people in their twenties, while people eighty and older have the highest mortality rate.
