A Warwick man has been arrested by the Cranston Police Department on charges of domestic assault and possession of a ghost gun.
Chace Ahlborg, a 32-year-old individual, has been charged with several offenses, including the possession of a firearm without the necessary license or permit required for carrying a pistol. Additionally, Ahlborg faces charges of possessing large capacity feeding devices, domestic simple assault, and domestic disorderly conduct.
Around 11 a.m. on September 7th, police were called to a disturbance on Meshanticut Valley Parkway. It was reported that Ahlborg voluntarily surrendered to the authorities.
During the search of the apartment, law enforcement officials discovered multiple materials used to manufacture ghost guns, as well as a fully functional firearm and several loaded high-capacity magazines.
Ahlborg is currently waiting for arraignment.
