Lujan Grisham Signs End of Life Options Act

Terminally ill patients in New Mexico will now be able to seek medical aid to die. Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham says the End of Life Options Act allows those New Mexicans the choice to prevent suffering at the end of a terminal illness. To be eligible, two medical professionals must confirm the terminal illness, there must be confirmation of mental capacity, and a written request with two witnesses is required.
