The supply of COVID-19 vaccine that El Paso had received for its mega-site at El Paso International Airport is gone. El Paso public health officials say they have administered all of the five-thousand doses of the vaccine they had received for the airport site and began administering Sunday. But they say that’s good because it shows the state how quickly it can dispense the vaccine. They’re making the argument that El Paso needs more doses of the vaccine it can administer locally. They expect the next shipment from the state Monday.
